You will be accountable for the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall loss prevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of the SQCDSM metrics. You will ensure uninterrupted service by maintaining 100% compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate the execution of Building Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, Capex & OPEX (M&R) budgets, site Technology & Automation maintenance, Asset & Master data management, Service provider/OEM contracts & SLA adherence, and compliance with manufacturing standards and governance.
  • Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean Six Sigma practices: delivering zero breakdowns through preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; including PM Pillars, CBM, visual controls, loss elimination, lubrication, and calibration of equipment.
  • Model values and principles through effective coaching, building the capability of operating teams via specific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown, and CIL techniques.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities, and deliver company objectives and goals.

What you will bring

  • Advanced knowledge (including Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) and skills to independently maintain dedicated equipment, including executing AM & PM standards and TPM problem-solving tools.
  • The ability to lead a role for the line, qualify and coach next-level work process owners, and drive continuous improvement across the line using PDCA approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems. Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
