Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the operation of Cleansing, Healthcare Waste Management, Linen & Laundry, and Sustainable Program (3R) services in accordance with the Concession Agreement, Project Operation Guideline (POG), Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP), and Company SOPs to meet service delivery expectations. Implement continuous improvement processes through LEAN activities, technology, and innovation to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Manage all services to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) practices and procedures, adhering to relevant Acts and Regulations, and achieve company targets.
  3. Ensure compliance with ISO and OHSAS certifications, Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH) Accreditation, and standards set by the Ministry of Health (MoH) and other authorities such as DOSH, DOE, SIRIM.
  4. Plan and oversee cost management initiatives, including the Approved Annual Operating Budget, Capital Expenditure, Variation Orders, and cost savings through LEAN practices, to meet the company's financial targets.
  5. Evaluate vendor performance related to manpower supply, comprehensive cleansing services, consumables, hazardous waste disposal, linen processing, and mending to ensure effective and efficient service delivery in line with contracts.
  6. Ensure staff competency and qualifications meet standards to improve and sustain service performance and meet customer expectations.
  7. Prepare and analyze reports from Information Systems such as ASIS, E-Clips, and eSWIS to identify opportunities for service improvement and performance enhancement.
  8. Establish and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders (Ministry of Health, Legal Authorities, Public, Vendors) and internal stakeholders (Management and Employees) to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  9. Participate in customer quality improvement programs such as MSQH accreditation and EKSA to support the client's quality and performance goals.

Requirements:

  1. Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma
  2. Specialization in Housekeeping, Cleansing Services, Waste Management, or related fields.
  3. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Hygiene and Sanitizing services.
  4. Competency certification in Schedule Waste Management (CePSWAM).
