Overview

Facility Engineer or Senior Engineer (Based in Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah)

To ensure plantwide facilities equipment is in optimum operation with appropriate maintenance strategies and preventive activities

Able to identify and implement energy saving initiatives to optimize energy usage

To coordinate with contractors for facility equipment upgrade, renovation, new construction and other related facility projects, ensuring projects are completed within time frame and budget

Supervision of facility service providers to ensure the facility maintenance program is carried out accordingly

Responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and project management while staying compliant with local regulations (Bomba, DOSH, ST, DOE and etc)

Experience & skills needed:

• Project & facility management experience
• Budgeting & cost control is highly valued
• Building Management System (BMS) is beneficial

Education needed: Bachelor degree in related field

Technical competency for technical proficiency, building system, energy management and regulatory compliance

Management competency for budget & project maintenance, team leadership and contract negotiation

Interpersonal competencies for effective communication, problem solving, analytical skill and decision making

Must be willing to work in Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah
