Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Request spare parts and vendor work scope quotations from the purchasing department, and raise PRs based on the confirmed and approved quotations in the purchasing system.
  2. Input data accurately into the purchasing system, follow up on approval from the Manager, and ensure work is closed properly.
  3. Complete documentation uploads in AIMS (as a super user) and receive documentation to complete all jobs in the purchasing system for the Facilities Department.
  4. Handle documentation to ensure all relevant checklists and service reports are completed.
  5. Follow up closely on all requested spare parts orders and maintain an updated spare parts data list.
  6. Work closely with purchasing to ensure orders are completed and received, and follow up on any outstanding purchase orders.
  7. Coordinate with vendors to ensure documents such as Delivery Orders (DO) and Service Reports are in place during delivery.
  8. Manage work service provider timesheets and daily work tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent is typically the minimum educational requirement.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  3. 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
  4. Good typing and data entry skills.
