Responsibilities

Manages service contracts and spare parts for facility needs, leads technician and contractor teams, and ensures compliance with safety and legal standards. Acts as the main contact for external utility and project stakeholders while supporting the factory’s safety, quality, and operational goals.

  • Responsible for managing services contracts and spare parts related to the facility’s needs.
  • Leads the F&U Technician and, depending on the nature of the job, a team of contract workers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, fire insurance requirements, safety, and company policies and guidelines.
  • Main contact point to external parties, such as but not limited to, Technology Department (in projects involving building and layout modifications), TNB (incoming power supply routine maintenance), Syabas (incoming water supply routine maintenance), etc.
  • Accountable for the department’s financial targets and for supporting the factory to reach its overall objectives in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
Qualifications
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
