Job description

We are looking for a Facilities & Utilities Lead to oversee factory-wide operations, driving equipment reliability, sustainability initiatives, and technical excellence. This role will lead the Facilities & Utilities team, manage preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, ensure compliance with EHS and QFS standards, and support continuous improvement through global and regional best practices. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for operational efficiency.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure reliable and cost-effective facilities & utilities systems to support business continuity.
  • Lead Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and drive KPI delivery through world-class maintenance practices.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, including SAP integration and execution.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and lead NRC sustainability projects to meet GHG reduction targets.
  • Control departmental budget and implement insourcing strategies to achieve cost-saving targets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing technical team; manage performance, training, and motivation.
  • Execute CAPEX projects and optimize asset performance in line with strategic business goals.
  • Act as the primary contact for operations teams and technicians for all F&U-related matters.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Strong mechanical engineering knowledge (e.g. rotating equipment, valves, thermodynamics)
  • In-depth understanding of utilities & facilities systems (HVAC, WWTP, chillers, electrical, gas, etc.)
  • Experience in the F&B industry and SAP system preferred
  • Familiar with Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and strong analytical skills
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Skilled in maintenance strategy, insourcing models, and cost optimization
  • Knowledge of electrical and process engineering fundamentals
  • Experience with KWS, CI tools, and structured problem-solving
  • Six Sigma Green Belt and CAPEX project experience is a plus
  • Holds a Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
