Job summary

XP Power is seeking a Facility Technician in Malaysia to ensure buildings and equipment are safe, clean and running smoothly. You will perform daily checks, conduct routine repairs, and support safety rules across the site.

The ideal candidate has a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience. HVAC, plumbing and lighting familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, lighting and general building repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and fix equipment faults or system alarms quickly.
• Usually 1–3 years of hands-on building maintenance or factory utility experience.

Responsibilities

• Routine repairs and safety checks on buildings and equipment.
• Vendor coordination and liaising with contractors as needed.
• Assist with safety rules and compliance across the site.
