Job Summary:

• Flexible working hours available

• Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 per month

• This position is at the Executive level and requires a highly motivated, energetic, and hands-on professional with strong leadership and collaboration skills. The candidate should be capable of consulting and influencing internal and external partners and working with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for interacting with diverse managers and subject matter experts. Key interpersonal skills include listening and advocating.

• Required technical training in HVAC-R, Electrical, or Plumbing, with BO Certification. Knowledge of fixing and maintaining mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines is necessary.

• Familiarity with electronics, mechanics, repair work, plumbing, safety protocols, and carpentry is required. A good understanding of hotel application systems is also preferred.
