Overview
Job Brief: To upkeep facilities systems and ensure minimum downtime by providing quick response to emergency cases and performing good maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct shift checking and highlight abnormality detected (ex: electrical systems, contractor works, etc) in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Attend the shift troubleshooting electrical and mechanical fault circuit/system to shorten operation shutdown duration.
- Execute the schedule preventive maintenance, service repair, trouble shooting and installation of facilities equipment and system.
- Attend daily handover and/or adhoc meetings for discussing topic relevant with facility responsibility.
- Report shift consumable consumption and complete the daily shift report before end of working shift.
- Responsible for safety awareness and compliance practice deliver during in house and/or vendors maintenance activities.
- Maintain document control and be responsible for documentation is prepared and organized following requirements in accordance with ISO standards.
- Any other ad hoc duties by immediate supervisor as required.
Job Requirements
- Qualification : Cert / Diploma in Engineering, Science or equivalent and with minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field are required for this position.
- Experience : Knowledge in facilities system operation and maintenance including Electrical, HVAC, LEV, PCW, CDA, Clean room (C1K – C100K), RODI, Raw & Waste Water, Fire Fighting and Building Maintenance
- Skill :
- Candidates who possess a certificate A0- A4 from Suruhanjaya Tenaga will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Language : Good verbal and communication skill in English and Malay.
