Celestica Inc. seeks a Facilities Analyst to oversee multiple office and production facilities, manage budgets, schedules and requirements, and drive continuous space optimization.

The role emphasizes liaison between customers and service providers, ensuring regulatory and environmental standards are met. The successful candidate will bring strong project management, risk assessment, and communication skills, plus a background in EH&S and facilities operations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of facilities management and operations.
• Understanding of environmental, health and safety regulations, programs, including ISO 14001.
• Good organization and project management skills.
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and determine root cause.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers.
• Current CPR certification and Registered Nurse license required for OH Nurse position.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities projects from scope, budget and schedule to completion.
• Lead construction and renovation projects with internal customers and service providers.
• Maintain plant equipment and keep logs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure ISO 14001 Environmental Management System compliance.
• Coordinate Occupational Health Nurse activities and worker safety programs.
