· Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, including building systems,

equipment, and infrastructure

· Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal

performance and longevity of assets

· Coordinating with internal and external service providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective facilities

management services

· Monitoring and analysing facility performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement

efficiency measures

· Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

· Managing budgets and procurement for facilities-related expenditures

· Providing strategic input and recommendations to support the organisation's long-term facilities planning

and development
