Objectives
Ensure building, fire system, structure are well maintained and safety comply with Malaysia regulation.
Supervise the quality of the facility team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
Establish liaison with local Government bodies and all-important Municipal Emergency Services i.e. MBIP, Bomba, DOSH, etc.
Handle all correspondence and administration of license application, ensuring compliance and approval from relevant authorities.
Supervise the quality of work for contractors. Ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, safely, and comply with the RFQ and regulation.
Forecast, allocate, and supervise the financial and physical resources of the facility and environmental management.
Assist in Customer and quality system audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations and manage the ISO 14001 system.
Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
