Job summary

Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar (KTJ) seeks a Technician to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating day-to-day maintenance and operations across school facilities and external accommodation. You will lead reactive and preventive maintenance tasks, resolve issues promptly, and handle emergencies with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or building services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform both reactive and preventive maintenance assigned by the Maintenance Executive.
• Perform assigned maintenance and rectification tasks to high standards.
• Handle emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance.
• Ensure job cards are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
• Take the lead in resolving complex maintenance issues.
• Support swimming pool operations during the absence of pool technician.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
