Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Technician with a background in civil or structural engineering to inspect and repair building components, monitor vendors, and assist engineers in maintaining key utility systems, including fire protection and gas/exhaust/vacuum networks.

The role requires a minimum SKM or a Diploma in Civil/Structural or related field, with hands-on skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Education background: Minimum SKM with 2 years of experience or Diploma in Civil & structure or engineering field.
Technical skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

To be able to conduct inspection and minor repair on wall, roof, floor, door, gate, internal road & etc.
To monitor and advise vendor during project.
To support & assist Engineer on monitoring and execute maintenance plan for Fire Protection System, Gas Supply system, Exhaust & Vacuum system
To ensure all sensor related system mentioned above is been calibrated.
To support energy & cost saving activity.
