Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Kulim is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to monitor and maintain FEE systems (HVAC, CDA, WWTP & STP) daily, ensuring reliability and safety.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot abnormalities, and supervise vendor activities per project. A Diploma in Facilities Management and 2 years of relevant experience are preferred, along with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant working experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of FEE systems such as HVAC, CDA, WWTP & STP.
• Troubleshooting during abnormalities occur at HVAC, CDA, WWTP & STP systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance for FEE systems according to schedule.
• Monitor and supervise vendor on project activity.
• Have minimum knowledge in using Microsoft Excel for performance monitoring updates.
