In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

Operate and maintain critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical, process gases, WWTP to ensure uninterrupted production support.

Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Support test and commissioning of new or upgraded systems by reviewing designs, performing FAT/SAT, and validating performance against specifications.

Develop and update SOPs, maintenance procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance, safety, and operational clarity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EHS, Quality, Production) to align facility operations with manufacturing needs and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.

3+ years of experience in facilities engineering, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or critical infrastructure environments.

Technical proficiency in SAP/CMMS/BMS systems, MEP operations, and commissioning processes.

Strong documentation skills with experience drafting SOPs and technical work instructions.

Flexibility to support after-hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
