Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop teams, manage change and succession

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire for Facilities, EHS, and Safety teams.
• Coach staff in interviewing, hiring and performance processes.
• Develop training curricula and succession plans.
• Set departmental goals and drive performance improvements.
• Coordinate large teams during crises and ensure fair recognition.
