Job description

To report to Management on complaints by tenants.

To assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment.

To support company activities, e.g., Bomba FC annual inspection, fire drills, and meetings.

To perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in a similar field.

Able to work as a team.

Self-discipline and punctuality.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

5-day work week.

Located at Jalan Ampang, 5-minute walking distance from Ampang Part LRT/MRT Station.
