Responsibilities & Skills

Lattice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities & Lab Engineer to manage facilities, lab, EHS, and logistics. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of office facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural infrastructure.

• Monitor and implement the site facilities maintenance program, including procurement, troubleshooting, repairs, and setups, while supervising vendors for major maintenance, repairs, or fit-out activities.

• Act as the site lead for the global EHS program, coordinating with local authorities for permits, compliance, and documentation.

• Manage the lab environment, ensuring orderliness, resource allocation, hazardous materials handling, and equipment calibration.

• Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, including import duties and permit applications.

• Respond effectively to facilities emergencies, ensuring employee safety.

• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Accountable, responsive, resourceful, and self-driven.

• Experience managing engineering labs and office facilities, including electrical systems, lab benches, compressed air, air conditioning, and plumbing.

• Experience managing office infrastructure and vendor relationships.

• Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations is advantageous.

• Basic logistics knowledge is a plus.

• Proficiency in project management and computer skills, especially MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
