Lattice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities & Lab Engineer to manage facilities, lab, EHS, and logistics. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of office facilities, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural infrastructure.
Monitor and implement the site facilities maintenance program, including procurement, troubleshooting, repairs, and setups, while supervising vendors for major maintenance, repairs, or fit-out activities.
Act as the site lead for the global EHS program, coordinating with local authorities for permits, compliance, and documentation.
Manage the lab environment, ensuring orderliness, resource allocation, hazardous materials handling, and equipment calibration.
Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, including import duties and permit applications.
Respond effectively to facilities emergencies, ensuring employee safety.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Candidate profile:
Relevant diploma and/or professional certification (Mechanical or Electrical) with 3-5 years of lab or facilities management experience.
Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
Accountable, responsive, resourceful, and self-driven.
Experience managing engineering labs and office facilities, including electrical systems, lab benches, compressed air, air conditioning, and plumbing.
Experience managing office infrastructure and vendor relationships.
Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations is advantageous.
Basic logistics knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in project management and computer skills, especially MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
