  • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience required.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications to develop CNC programs.
    • Create programs using software such as Hypermill / Mastercam for CNC milling machines.
    • Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds to optimize machine efficiency and product quality.
    • Simulate programs using CAM software to verify tool paths.
    • Collaborate with CNC operators and setters to test and validate new programs.
    • Revise existing programs to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, or accommodate design changes.
    • Maintain a library of CNC programs and related documentation for future reference.
    • Ensure all programming tasks comply with safety and quality standards.
    • Maintain accurate data, records, and documentation related to your work.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and company quality standards at all times.
