Job summary

• Diploma in Science or Engineering field is required.
• Working experience in Manufacturing Environment will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of industrial automated fabrication equipment daily.
• Documents routine preventive maintenance on PM checklists, records data, and maintains history in tool logbook.
• Communicates issues with third party equipment vendors to expedite troubleshooting and repairs.
• Sustains and improves Preventative Maintenance Program on all fabrication/processing equipment.
• Authors accurate documentation for operation and maintenance of various automated industrial equipment.
• Tests, tunes, and adjusts equipment to obtain optimum operating performance.
• Reports spare part requirements and analyzes repairs to evaluate performance.
• Develops or improves techniques to meet quality, function, and cost standards.
• Works with electrical systems and electronic components following manuals, diagrams, blueprints, and specs.
• Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect performance data and observes trends.
• Ability to troubleshoot and follow through with repairs of manufacturing equipment and electronic controls.
• Performs scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance tasks using CMMS system.
• Responds to unplanned urgent needs to minimize downtime.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair equipment.
• Contributes to team effort by performing related duties as required.
• Other duties as needed.
• Monitors metrology daily and supports metrology SPC and data collection.
