If you seek a dynamic career with growth opportunities, we invite you to join us as Business Support. This role involves providing effective pre- and post-sales support to Financial Advisor Representatives or Brokers to help achieve business targets.

The Role:

  • Handle pre-sales New Business and post-sales inquiries on Customer Service, Life Claims, and Health Claims until case closure.
  • Coordinate application processing for new Financial Advisors (FAs) and Brokers.
  • Manage inquiries related to FAs and Brokers administration, including resignation, policy transfer, policy replacement, commission statements, and system access.
  • Update and enhance the FA Portal with regulatory info, circulars, product write-ups, FAQs, and sample policy contracts.
  • Develop system enhancements to automate periodic reporting.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new product information in the sales platform prior to product launches.
  • Update sales productivity and sponsorship qualification data periodically.
  • Conduct system and product-related training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements, taking steps to mitigate risks.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and technological advancements to better safeguard the company.
  • Identify potential risks and share best practices in risk management.
  • Other related responsibilities.

The Person:

  • Relevant degree in business, finance, statistics, economics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Sales Training, Business Development, or Sales Support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and execution capabilities.
  • Alignment with the organization’s core values through expected behaviors.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
  • Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
