If you seek an exciting career filled with opportunities, we invite you to join us as Business Support. This role involves providing effective pre- and post-sales support to Financial Advisor Representatives or Brokers to achieve business targets.

The Role:

  • Follow through on pre-sales New Business and post-sales enquiries regarding Customer Service, Life Claims, Health Claims until case closure.
  • Coordinate application processing for new Financial Advisors (FAs) and Brokers.
  • Handle enquiries related to FAs and Brokers administration, including resignation, policy transfer, policy replacement, commission statements, system access, etc.
  • Update FA Portal with regulatory info, circulars, product write-ups, FAQs, sample policy contracts, etc.
  • Develop system enhancements to automate periodic reporting.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new product information in sales platforms before product launches.
  • Periodically update sales productivity data and sponsorship qualifications.
  • Conduct system and product-related training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements, taking steps to mitigate risks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, emerging threats, and technological advancements to better safeguard the company.
  • Identify potential risks and share best practices for risk management.
  • Perform other responsibilities as required.

The Person:

  • Relevant degree in business, finance, statistics, economics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Sales Training, Business Development, or Sales Support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and execution abilities.
  • Alignment with the organization’s core values demonstrated through expected behaviors.
  • High integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
  • Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
