Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic store associate to support daily operations in our Kuala Lumpur location. You will assist with food and beverage preparation, cashier duties, inventory control, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a minimum SPM, strong customer service, proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English, and a flexible attitude to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; prior experience in F&B or retail preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including food prep, cashier, inventory control, and SOP compliance.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages daily per quality and safety standards.
• Operate cashier system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Monitor stock levels, order stock to maintain availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per hygiene standards.
• Follow SOPs and ensure proper storage and stock control to reduce waste.
• Perform daily banking duties in line with timelines.
