Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans for all F&B outlets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Work closely with the F&B and Culinary teams to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events that align with brand standards and market trends.
Manage and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, media partners, and key influencers.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
Oversee the development of marketing collaterals including menus, flyers, digital content, and social media materials.
Collaborate with the hotel’s Digital Marketing and Communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize online reach.
Lead the planning and execution of PR events, F&B media engagements, and collaborative brand activations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, prepare reports, and present results with actionable insights to senior management.
Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure alignment with business objectives and professional development goals.
Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B sales or marketing, preferably within ahotel industry or lifestyle brand.
Strong network within the F&B and hospitality industry in Malaysia.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong project management skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and launching successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software is an added advantage.
