The Job
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee and lead the operations of multiple outlets.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability, while aligning with the company's long-term business vision.
Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Collaborate with top management for strategic planning and execution to meet annual business objectives.
- Fully responsible for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for all outlets.
- Monitor and control all P&L items to ensure profitability.
- Ensure all outlets adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the company.
People Management
- Develop and manage workforce planning and staffing forecasts.
- Create a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
- Implement and uphold customer service SOP standards across all outlets.
- Work closely with HR for recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention of staff.
- Optimize staff scheduling to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and control labour costs to remain within budgeted levels.
Audit & SOP Compliance
- Establish, monitor, and maintain operational targets, KPIs, schedules, and SOPs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Ensure outlets are well-maintained, adequately stocked, and prepared for daily and peak operations.
Customer Service Excellence
- Continuously enhance customer service standards by identifying customer needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Analyze service trends and propose system improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication across all departments including marketing, purchasing, kitchen, and outlet teams.
Job Requirements
The Candidate
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in F&B operations management, preferably with experience in coffee beverage-related outlets or café operations.
- Experience in setting up and managing new outlets will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of F&B operations, including costing, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to join the company by mid-July will be an added advantage.
