They currently are seeking for a motivated Operations Manager to come in and support the expansion plan and oversee daily operations across the different outlets.

This role involves managing staff, optimising processes, controlling costs, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Job Description:

  • Oversee daily operations across dining, kitchen, and bar areas
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service meet brand standards
  • Lead, train, and schedule staff to deliver top performance
  • Manage costs, stock levels, and daily financials
  • Handle customer feedback and maintain excellent service
  • Ensure all operations follow health and safety regulations
  • Prepare reports on sales and team performance
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or related field
  • 3–5 years of F&B experience, with some time in a management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Familiar with POS systems, stock control, and basic financials
