The F&B Operation Marketing Manager is responsible for bridging marketing strategies with outlet-level execution across all restaurant branches. This role ensures brand consistency, effective promotional campaigns, market positioning, and supports outlet sales growth through tactical marketing and operational alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B marketing and/or multi-outlet operations.
Strong understanding of F&B trends, local market behavior, and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Able to travel between outlets and work with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue across all F&B outlets.
Collaborate with leadership to define monthly and quarterly sales and marketing goals.
Monitor competitor activity, F&B trends, and customer behavior to adjust marketing approaches accordingly.
Campaign & Promotion Management
Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns including festive, product, and loyalty promotions.
Track campaign performance (ROI, sales impact) and prepare post-campaign reviews.
Align promotional efforts with outlet operations and menu engineering goals.
Outlet Marketing Operations
Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure campaigns are properly executed and staff are briefed.
Ensure POSM (Point of Sale Materials) are displayed accurately and timely.
Evaluate customer feedback, campaign adoption, and upselling effectiveness on-site.
Team Engagement & Training
Brief outlet teams on new campaigns, key products (e.g., premium menu items), and upselling strategies.
Lead product knowledge sessions to strengthen staff ability to promote featured items.
Recognize and reward outlet teams actively supporting campaigns.
Social Media & Digital Coordination
Coordinate with digital and creative agencies for content, promotions, and influencer programs.
Monitor digital feedback and support response strategies.
Membership & CRM Programs
Work with IT and operations to promote membership sign-ups and top-ups.
Track and optimize loyalty program effectiveness across branches.
Review and update membership data and promotional entitlements.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales, campaign performance, and market analysis.
Analyze customer behavior data and recommend strategies to increase repeat visits and basket size.
Track outlet-level KPIs in conjunction with operation
