Job description

The Restaurant Supervisor Trainee plays a vital role in supporting daily restaurant operations while undergoing a structured training program to prepare for a future leadership position. The trainee works closely with the HQ to ensure high service standards, effective team coordination, and excellent guest satisfaction. Fast-track to become Assistant Manager or Manager in 6 months. Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the outlet team in daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift management.
2. Interact with customers to ensure a pleasant dining experience and gather feedback on food and service quality.
3. Support the team in upselling menu items and promoting membership or loyalty programs.
4. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to SOPs at all times.
5. Participate in stock checks, basic inventory management, and daily reporting tasks.
6. Work closely with outlet leadership to learn staff supervision, rostering, and basic cost control.
7. Attend training sessions and complete on-the-job assignments to prepare for a supervisory role.

Career Progression:

Upon successful completion of the probation period and satisfactory performance, the Restaurant Supervisor Trainee may be promoted to Restaurant Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager, depending on capability and business needs.

Requirements :

• At least Diploma or Degree, Diploma of F&B/Hospitality/Business discipline is advantageous.
• Proven working experience in management and hospitality industry.
• Prepare to work on weekends & public holidays.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
