Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused F&B Cashier to join our team at Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu. This is a full-time position based in Putatan, Sabah. As an F&B Cashier, you will be responsible for processing payments, managing cash transactions, and providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations at our food and beverage outlets and maintaining the high standards of hospitality our hotel is known for.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar cash-handling role, preferably in a hospitality or F&B environment

Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers

Strong numerical and mathematical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Honest, trustworthy, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Basic knowledge of food and beverage products

Fluency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
