This role focuses on securing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our F&B catering division.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Sales Growth
  • Identify and secure F&B catering contracts to increase revenue streams within the F&B sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase F&B catering contracts.
  • Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure pricing secures profitable deals.
  • Market Expansion
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand positioning and market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
  • Identify potential prospects and clients to secure new contracts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor sales performance, profit margins, and financial KPIs to optimize revenue.
  • Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning related to business development initiatives.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, train, and mentor the business development personnel to achieve company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to drive business success.
  • Set clear performance goals and track progress against KPIs.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and F&B trends is a plus.
