You will handle opening/closing, merchandising, and selling while ensuring a superior customer journey and meeting daily sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed daily sales goals.
• Creating Engaging Experiences: Deliver a fun, straightforward, and stylish fashion experience for every guest, adhering to the Brand Rules.
• Driving Brand Awareness: Actively attract new customers daily, expanding our brand reach.
• Fostering Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with the customers.
• Upholding Brand Image: Model the Brand Style Dress Code, embodying our brand's aesthetic.
• Delivering Tailored Experiences: Ensure an outstanding customer experience by advising, styling eyewear and apparels.
• Operational Excellence: Adhere to all operating policies and procedures, including thorough training, timely execution of marketing and merchandising campaigns, accurate sales transactions, and effective use of sales strategies and resources.
• Ensuring Transactional Accuracy: Accuracy and precision in all guest transactions and interactions.
