in Glenmarie, Selangor seeks an experienced Manager to lead outsourced R&D, technology transfer, and external partnerships across pharmaceutical development and consumer healthcare products. You will manage CDMO/CMO collaborations, oversee technology transfer from concept to commercial production, and work with Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical R&D.
• Experience managing outsourced R&D, technology transfer, and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced R&D and technology transfer initiatives end-to-end.
• Identify and manage strategic CDMO/CMO/CRO partnerships.
• Oversee regulator and quality alignment for product scale-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Regulatory, QA, and Manufacturing.
