• Expected salary: RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Auditor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing audit engagements, supervising junior staff, and ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with approved standards. You will play a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute statutory audits and assurance assignments for clients in various industries.
• Perform audit fieldwork, testing of internal controls, and substantive procedures.
• Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and management.
• Supervise, train, and review work of junior auditors and audit assistants.
• Prepare audit reports and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with clients on audit, accounting, and tax-related matters.
• Maintain updated knowledge of applicable auditing standards, tax regulations, and accounting frameworks.
• Assist with other assignments such as due diligence, internal control reviews, and special audits where necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in external audit.
• Currently pursuing or completed professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS), and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit/accounting software.
