Power management and measurement are gaining in demand with increasingly energy efficient equipment, installation of renewables and huge momentum of IoT and cloud-based platform adoption. While a large proportion of the growth is due to consumption because of the increasing demand of electronics and electrically driven equipment and machines, the stability and security of power is another growth area. Keysight provides power supply equipment for use in accurate testing environments. Keysight offers a wide selection of reliable and high performing power technology for practically all application needs; wireless communications, radar pulse measurements, component test, electric vehicles, solar inverters, and more.

We are looking for a talented, energetic, results-oriented person who loves working in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will be working as part of a product leadership and management team to market, promote and grow the sales of our power technology instruments and solutions. You will focus more on our Power Management and Measurement products. As the owner of these products, the life and death of the products are in your hands. From deep understanding of the industry, you are responsible to birth compelling new products that meet and exceed customer applications. From deep understanding of the market environment and competition, you develop customer preference towards our products with exciting customer benefits surpassing the competition. With a crisp understanding of the product sales trends, you replace older products with the right renewals to maintain customers’ interests.

You will be trained on Keysight’s instruments that you will be responsible for. In turn, you will develop the marketing plans to drive adoption of new and current products and develop the sales tools that the field teams use to enable sales and improve their sales efficiency. You will also need to coach the field teams on the product features and benefits. You are also the bearer of customer information to internal Keysight teams like Product Planning, R&D or Manufacturing, ensuring that they build customer compelling products.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic customer-orientated engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are constantly seeking to solve customers’ problems in their environment and applications using our Keysight products, innovative solutions with the best use of our products and developing new features as needed so that our solutions are compelling.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Clearly understand customers’ problems and translate it back to internal Keysight teams like Product Planning and R&D, describing the problem clearly.
  • Develop and drive business and marketing plans for the products, including setting product prices and sales bundles.
  • Develop all relevant publicity and educational materials to enable customer preference in our products.
  • Develop all relevant sales tools such as application notes, customer success stories, competition analysis, demos, etc., to enable expertise of the field teams to sell our products.
  • Determine accurate order forecasts to ensure that Keysight fulfills the customers’ demands.
  • Evolve or revolve products or features to keep customer preference according to ever-changing customer needs and applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • Electronic Engineering or Power Electronics background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.
  • Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision-making.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Power Product and General-Purpose Measurement Instruments knowledge and customer experience a strong plus.
  • Possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Solution-oriented and result-driven.
  • Ability to reduce and focus broad business strategies and concepts into structured executable projects with measurable goals.
