Qualifications

  • 4 years of FMCG experience in consumer insight/data analytic.
  • Experience in analysing consumer data such as Nielsen/Kantar.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across different departments.
  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on follow-through.
  • Experience in Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial team with regular updates on business performance.
  • Support the commercial planning and sales team on promotion strategies.
  • Support the leadership team on reporting and analyses.
  • Support monthly incentive target setting and payroll submissions.
  • Work closely with Finance and Sales to ensure data accuracy.
  • Continuously improve reporting efficiency and relevance.

Who Will Be The One?

  • Comes with 4 years of FMCG experience in consumer insight/data analytic.
  • Individual with experience in analysing consumer data such as Nielsen/ Kantar.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across different departments.
  • Strong project management abilities with a focus on follow-through.
  • Experience in Power BI is a plus.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the commercial team with regular updates on business performance, which includes daily, weekly, monthly sales and execution reports.
  • Support the commercial planning and sales team on: Promotion strategies and post promotion evaluation, business reviews and ad hoc analyses.
  • Support the leadership team on reporting and analyses, such as monthly closing reports, business planning, ad hoc analysis.
  • Support on monthly incentive target setting, result tabulation and submission for payroll.
  • Work closely with other functions (e.g. Finance, Sales) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuously effort to improve reporting efficiency and relevance, refreshing reports to reflect relevant metrics according to business needs.
