Job Description

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to drive revenue growth in assigned international markets.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international partners to optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs, trade policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure smooth market entry and product availability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Drive brand awareness and execute trade marketing activities tailored to international markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in export sales within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of expanding into international markets.
  • Drive business growth by securing new opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of distributor and key account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills (proficient in Mandarin would be an added advantage).
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work independently, travel as required, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
