We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Sales Coordinator – Packed Oil Operations to manage and support export operations, sales coordination, and client servicing functions within the packed edible oil and fats sector. This role is crucial in facilitating seamless export transactions, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining excellent customer relationships for our packed products.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between international customers and internal teams, ensuring timely execution of orders, clear communication, and compliance with export procedures. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of both sales processes and international trade regulations.

Internal Stakeholders: Sales Managers, Production, Shipping, Documentation, Finance, QA
External Stakeholders: Overseas Customers, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Government Agencies
Process and manage customer orders for packed oil and fats, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure compliance with customer specifications and export regulations.
Monitor and track order status from production to shipment, ensuring timely deliveries and alignment with Incoterms.
Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other regulatory documents.
Serve as the primary liaison for overseas clients regarding orders, shipping schedules, and documentation.
Provide timely updates and proactive solutions in response to order delays, logistics issues, or product-related inquiries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team to support commercial activities, quotations, and customer negotiations.
Prepare regular reports on sales order status, shipment schedules, customer feedback, and inventory planning for packed goods.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through ERP and CRM systems.
Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and local regulatory requirements.
Liaise with relevant authorities and certification bodies for halal certification, health certificates, phytosanitary documents, etc.
Maintain well-organized documentation records for audits and customer reference.
2–5 years of experience in export sales coordination or international customer servicing, preferably in FMCG or edible oil industry.
Knowledge of export documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms), and trade compliance.
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems.
Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Experience handling packed goods and understanding of packaging, labeling, and export regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
