Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day export sales operations, including handling and maintaining relationships with existing overseas customers.
- Independently prepare and complete export declaration documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely scheduling and shipment of all export orders.
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with existing export clients and drive sales growth through regular review of monthly or quarterly performance.
- Oversee and manage overseas business operations, including customer development, sales inquiry resolution, contract signing, document management, and full export process execution.
- Liaise with customs declaration agencies, freight forwarders, and internal departments to manage customs declarations, duty-free applications, and other regulatory documentation.
- Assist in product translation and enhancement of product descriptions for international markets.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or higher in Business Studies, Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferably in export or international sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, decisiveness, and a mature personality.
- Able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- A proactive self-starter, able to work independently with strong self-motivation, able to multitask, and perform well under pressure.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
