Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Knowledged in SAP System and Microsoft Office applications.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Order processing - manage demand, make-to-order and IVC flow orders.
• Shipment booking and container planning aligned with forecast and GLP terms.
• Billing - ensure on-time invoicing and settlement of shipments.
• Stocks monitoring and export inventory optimization.
• System health checks and monthly export reports.
• Handle claims/complaints and coordinate investigations with stakeholders.
