PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure
  2. Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system
  3. Responsible to register Consol and proceed with issuance of Shippers instruction
  4. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  5. Check completed work for accuracy
  6. Proactively communicate with stakeholders via email
  7. Keep sensitive customer or company information confidential
  8. Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

Technical

  1. Export Experience in Freight Forwarding
  2. Proven data entry working experience
  3. Familiarity with MS Office
  4. Typing speed and accuracy
  5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  6. Attention to details and accuracy
