Overview

An experienced IT professional to join our Digital Workplace team as a 2nd Level Support Expert. The focus of this role is on supporting Windows client environments and related workplace technologies. The expert will be responsible for resolving complex incidents, handling service requests, and implementing changes across a global user base.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd level support for Digital Workplace services, including:
  • Windows 11 and business-critical applications
  • Microsoft 365 suite
  • Remote Desktop Services and Windows 365
  • Manage client devices and configurations using:
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM and Microsoft Intune)
  • Support Unified Communication tools:
  • Microsoft Teams incl. Teams Phone System
  • Microsoft Exchange / Outlook
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a 2nd level support role within a Digital Workplace environment
