Job summary

Just Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Ulu Tiram, Johor. This full-time role involves fabricating and assembling metal components using MIG, TIG and stick welding, following blueprints and specifications.

You should have at least 3 years in welding, be able to read drawings, and work safely in a busy workshop. English communication is required; teamwork and attention to detail are essential for quality workmanship and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Welder experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
• Able to read and speak English; simple English writing preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques and equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate welding.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
