Your new role

• Generate consistent individual and team fee results in the top 20%
• Contribute to team targets
• Lead by example in business development, including sales planning, activity and outcomes.
• In conjunction with Manager, where applicable, develop an effective sales plan for the team including target clients
• Drive section and team marketing events
• Proactively source, follow up and pass on leads for self and team
• Develop and maintain all aspects of a high-performance culture
• Lead by example
• Prior experience in recruiting for foreign languages is preferred but not a must.
• Demonstrate support of corporate initiatives
• Effectively communicate team and individual targets and performance expectations
• Monitor and evaluate team’s and individuals’ performance against KPIs, business plans and other targets
• Record and report on local office activities and performance at regular management meetings
• Train, coach and support employees, utilising all the available training resources
• Experience in Tech, Sales, Marketing, Language, Shared Service, Life Science will be advantageous.
