Job summary

Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad seeks a Lead, Implementation - Experience Team to drive end-to-end delivery of customer experience and digital initiatives. You will translate business requirements into intuitive journeys and interfaces, while steering project planning, stakeholder management, testing, deployment, and delivery execution.

The role combines project leadership with hands-on UI/UX design, requiring prototyping, wireframing, and user testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Creative Media, Digital Product Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile app and web applications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile app and web applications

Responsibilities

• Translate the Experience vision into executable, high-impact initiatives by overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of UI/UX tasks, ensuring all design inputs are thoroughly reviewed, clearly documented, and effectively converted into actionable requirements for development teams.
• Support Head of Experience to execute approved experience strategies and manage UI/UX project deliverables across key initiatives, ensuring readiness and quality at every milestone.
• Support Head of Experience for end-to-end experience design audits, enhancements, and compliance checks for new launches, ensuring high-quality standards are met pre- and post-release.
• Manage App Store listing UX and act as deployment gatekeeper for KDiGO and KDI, ensuring visuals, metadata, and descriptions align with product updates and are deployment-ready.
• Support Head of Experience to deliver monthly UX simulations and design concepts for internal innovation sessions, demonstrating feasibility and design thinking.
• Plan and coordinate UAT and solution validation activities.
• Manage deployment readiness and implementation activities to ensure successful transition from design to production
• Assist Head of Experience in proposing and implementing innovative experience concepts and enhancements to increase user engagement, retention, and efficiency on KDiGO and other digital platforms
• Support experience enhancements across Martech platforms and internal tools by optimising UI flows and maintaining design consistency through shared components
• Run low-fi experiments, rapid prototyping, and user testing to validate desirability and feasibility
