Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible in planning and execution processes for events, exhibitions & digital marketing.
  • To liaise with vendors, suppliers, crew, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • To manage event timelines, event logistics and handle event operation for exhibition.
  • Manage content for website, social media platform across digital advertisement and social media platforms.
  • To assist on others operational events & projects.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Team work - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
  • Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to effective communication.
  • Problem solving - Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Accountability & adaptability - Ability to work under pressure & independently. Able to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to details.
  • Good computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva presentation.
