Job Description

  • Work closely with the Unit Head of Workflow & Productivity Management to conduct process and workflow reviews with product managers to improve Straight-Through Processing (STP).
  • Perform analytical studies using Excel based on processing/payment data to observe trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support the implementation of projects and initiatives for the Treasury Back Office, collaborating with Head Office and Overseas branches.
  • Liaise with IT, Risks, Global Markets, Finance, Compliance, and other business units to ensure the development of smooth and efficient workflows through functional requirements for implementation.

Requirements

  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel functions to generate observations and recommendations.
  • Ability to prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Skilled in preparing functional requirements based on user input to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Experience in crafting testing strategies and scenarios.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and strategic alliances within Maybank.
  • Track IT deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  • Lead initiatives on system enhancements as assigned.
  • Mobilize cross-functional resources to effectively execute strategic initiatives.
