Job description

Develop and manage Wealth Management product, which includes drafting proposal papers, liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders, preparing documentation, Operation Manuals, and policies.

Conduct product review, evaluate product effectiveness and marketability, devise product strategies, product risk management, and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Compile and finalize business requirements for the proposed Wealth product initiative.

Collect data, conduct business analysis, market research, and competitors’ analysis to obtain relevant input on current economic situations, market and business impact.

Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to perform product optimization and collaborate with third-party vendors, consultants, and business partners.

Draft the proposed product structure, product features, as well as fees and charges.

Prepare proposal papers for approval by the relevant committee and obtain the necessary Sign-Offs from respective stakeholders.

Work together with Wealth Support during the development of User Requirement Specification (URS) for the new product.

Develop and review product documentation, Operation Manuals & Policies, and communication deck.

Organize and assist in conducting product briefing/training to related stakeholders prior to product launching.

Conduct Post Implementation Review and Product Review, evaluate product effectiveness and marketability, and ensure proper product risk control and regulatory compliance.

Educate and advise on product-specific information, including availability, terms, and competitive insight.

Prepare regulatory reports and Management reports for the relevant committees.

Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies, demonstrating high ethical standards and adherence to regulations and applicable laws.
