Job summary

A leading financial institution in Malaysia is seeking an individual to support the Treasury Manager in treasury operations. Responsibilities include preparing RENTAS & SWIFT messages, ensuring their accuracy, and assisting with report compilation. Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in treasury processing/operations.
• Knowledge of treasury products is preferred.

Responsible for supporting the Treasury Manager in executing the day-to-day treasury related activities mainly for IB Operations. This is an operations role which requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare daily start-up & shut-down of RENTAS & SWIFT systems.

Accurate and timely preparation of RENTAS & SWIFT messages.

Ensure completeness of daily RENTAS & SWIFT messages.

Assist in prepare reports for periodic reporting to relevant departments/units.

Assist in compilation of RENTAS & SWIFT transaction volume statistic.

Participate in DR exercise for RENTAS & SWIFT System.

Job Requirements

Possess a recognized Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or any other equivalent.

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in treasury processing/operations function.

Preferably candidate with knowledge in treasury products.

Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.

Good time management skills and able to work independently.

Good command of written and spoken English.

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
