A leading company in the retail sector is seeking an Executive for Transport Logistics to manage outbound deliveries, analyze transportation issues, and monitor assets. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or higher, knowledge of various transportation modes, and strong communication skills. This role offers opportunities to optimize logistics processes and ensure efficiency.

1.To assist manage all Outbound deliveries to ensure accurate and on-time dispatches and deliveries
2. To assist establish and implement distribution strategies, plans and objectives
3. To assist analyze transportation problems and develop new solutions
4. To assist evaluate freight costs and institute actions to ensure targeted costs are achieved
5. Ensure safety and health practices and procedures are adhered to at the workplace
6. To assist manage employee performances
7. To ensure that all documentation for daily deliveries are completed accurately and on time
8. To monitor and optimize asset utilization process, and monitor the efficient of consumables and packaging material usage.
9. To assist review manpower planning and monitor employee reports, attendance, discipline, overtime, etc.
10. Problem solving for distribution issues
11. To assist with supporting data and conduct meetings with Transporters whenever required
12. To assist conduct the Vendor Management Program (VMP) Meetings with Transporters and 3PL for continuous improvement activities
13. To assist monitor the transportation KPIs
14. To assist preparation Periodic Distribution Reports for Management
15. Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by Superior
16. Participate continual Process improvement activities
17. Conduct floor Audits on regular basis
18. To assist monitor, execute and meet expectation of 100% VF scanning
1. Knowledge in Road transportation, sea and air freights
2. Able to generate reports
3. Good communications skill
4. Posses Diploma and higher qualification
